Leuvenben sok állat él a városokban, mivel Belgium népsűrűsége (341 fő/km^2) a magyarországinak (109 fő/km^2) jó háromszorosa, és a legtöbben az északi részen, Flandriában laknak. A ház körül ahol lakom pár tucat kacsa szokott tanyázni, az egyetem épületei között nyulak szaladgálnak, tanóra közben ragadozómadár vijjogását hallom. Így sikerült elkészítenem életem legjobban sikerült mozgást követő fotóját. Szerencse is kellett hozzá, mert a kacsa 3× rohant el előttem, ahogy arrébb helyezkedtem, de akkor is 1/15 s 205 mm-en! (A kacsa feje 8Mpix-en is teljesen éles.)In Leuven one can find lots of animals since the population density in Belgium (341/km^2) is well three times higher than that of Hungary (109/km^2), and most of the belgians live in the northern part called Vlaanderen. Round the house I live a few dozens of ducks used to squat, among the buildings of the university bunnies are running around and I can hear birds of prey squawking when sitting at a lesson. This is how I could capture the best follow-the-motion photo of my life. It also needed some luck, since the duck ran before me 3 times as I followed it gently, but even though, 1/15 s on 205 mm is outstanding, I think. (It suprised me much when I was checking the photos on my PC that one of them was perfectly sharp at it's head on 8Mpix resolution.)
